A modern calypso tent · 8 editions · since 2019
Crackers and Cheese was conceptualized to be a modern take on the calypso tent experience, blending the intimacy and convivial nature of the calypso tent with the sophisticated vibe of a local cocktail evening lime. First staged in 2019 as part of Stacey's Associate Degree fulfilment, the series has since extended through pandemic-era livestreams, sold-out cafés, the Central Bank Auditorium, and Emancipation celebrations.

For any calypsonian, a calling to The Big Yard — the Savannah Stage — is a great achievement, with associations to calypso greats: the Mighty Sparrow, the Lord Kitchener, and Singing Sandra. Stacey first landed on the National Calypso Monarch stage in 2018 with "Calypso Capital," and has graced it three times in total.
